The visible signs of revival to man are:

As many of you know the container ship Rena ran aground and became stranded on a reef just off the coast of Tauranga. The ship began to leak oil and has tipped to a degree where many of the containers have fallen into the waters and are washing up on the beach of the Bay [...]
The shower was cold, the coffee spilled, no time to eat breakfast, co-worker decided to not show up, can’t afford a snack, pulled into a meeting for something, the something was our fault, cant go back and get sympathy from the co-worker who isn’t there.
Result? The feeling of helplessness.
